How many business days are in a month?

What does "within 3 business days" mean?
It means 3 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays), starting the next business day. If you receive a notice on Friday, "3 business days" would typically expire on Wednesday of the following week (if no holidays intervene).
Do weekends count as business days?
No. Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not business days in the US, UK, or most Western countries, regardless of whether they are marked as holidays on a calendar.
